The Montana Short Term Rental Association is a statewide coalition of property owners united in the fight to protect our rights, freedoms, and livelihoods. From short-term rental hosts to ranchers and small business owners, we are Montanans who believe in the principles of independence, personal responsibility, and local control.

Misguided policies, often influenced by those who don’t understand Montana’s values or way of life, risk stifling growth and opportunity for everyone.
